SHIPPING POLICY
It is the policy of Three Squares Greetings to ship orders of in stock merchandise within two (2) business days of when the order was placed. We will inform you if the greeting cards that you ordered are on back order.

Shipping Carrier: At Three Squares Greetings, we strive to keep our shipping costs down. As a result, we use the USPS for all shipments. At checkout, the shipping charge for an order is calculated automatically based on charges set forth by USPS. Shipping charges are calculated by size and weight of a package, as well as, the zone to which a package is being shipped.

 

RETURN POLICY
It is the policy of Three Squares Greetings not to accept returned greeting cards for refund or exchange. All sales are final. However, if the wrong greeting cards were shipped to you, we will accept their return for exchange only. In order to return the greeting cards that were not ordered, you must contact us via email, within seven (7) business days of the date that the greeting cards were shipped, to inform us that we shipped the wrong greeting cards to you. In your email, please provide the following information: (1) your name; (2) your order confirmation number; and (3) a general description of the incorrect greeting cards that you received. If the wrong greeting cards were actually shipped, we will accept their return in exchange for the correct greeting cards.
